SaleGrowy is a SaaS platform offering WhatsApp Bulk Messaging API services and communication automation tools. These include message broadcasting, chatbot configuration, contact grouping, campaign analytics, and API-based message sending capabilities. The platform is intended to assist businesses in delivering legitimate communication to their customers over WhatsApp Business. We do not guarantee the delivery of messages, as message flow also depends on WhatsApp’s systems and your compliance with their guidelines.

Account Registration and Access

To access the platform, you are required to create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for securing your account credentials and any activity performed through your account. In the event of unauthorized access or suspicious activity, you must notify our support team immediately. SaleGrowy is not liable for any damage or loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

Payment, Billing, and Refunds

Our services operate on a prepaid subscription model. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method. International payments are supported with 3D Secure (OTP) verification for added security. All payments are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. We strongly encourage users to evaluate the platform during the free trial period before committing to a paid plan. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, with service remaining active until the end of the current billing cycle.

Acceptable Use and Compliance

You agree to use SaleGrowy’s services in accordance with all applicable laws, including anti-spam, data protection, and communication regulations in your country or the regions where your messages are delivered. You must not use the platform to send spam, offensive material, misleading content, unauthorized promotional messages, or anything in violation of WhatsApp’s Business and Commerce policies. Any such misuse may lead to immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account without prior notice or refund.

Third-Party Services and WhatsApp Integration

SaleGrowy relies on third-party platforms such as the WhatsApp Business API for core functionality. We do not own or control WhatsApp and cannot guarantee uptime, performance, or policy compliance on their behalf. Your continued use of our services is dependent on your adherence to WhatsApp’s policies. Any disruptions or restrictions imposed by WhatsApp or Meta may affect the availability or functionality of services offered through our platform.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, designs, software, and trademarks on the SaleGrowy platform are either owned by us or licensed for our use. You are not permitted to reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of our platform or branding materials without our express written permission. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

Data Privacy and Security

We are committed to protecting your data and handling it in accordance with international privacy laws such as the GDPR, CCPA, and similar frameworks. You remain the data controller of your customer data, and we act as the processor, solely for the purpose of delivering messages on your behalf. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform if you violate these Terms, use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes, fail to make timely payments, or act in a way that causes harm to our platform, other users, or third parties. You may also cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the current billing period ends, after which your access will be revoked.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SaleGrowy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform. This includes but is not limited to, loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the subscription fees you have paid us in the thirty (30) days prior to the claim.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon being posted on our website. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant updates, but it is your responsibility to regularly review the Terms. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
