Free Trial Period

SaleGrowy provides a 7-day free trial for new users, granting access to the Basic Plan features and a 7-day trial of the Chatbot Flows add-on. No credit card is required to begin the trial, and users will not be charged during this period.

Subscription Plans

Once the free trial period concludes, users can opt to subscribe to any of SaleGrowy’s paid plans. Since the trial period offers sufficient time to explore and evaluate the platform, no refunds will be issued for subscriptions. Users who decide not to continue can cancel their free trial at any time without any charges. After a paid subscription is activated, it becomes non-refundable; however, users may cancel their subscription to prevent future billing in the next cycle.

Non-Refundable Services

All SaleGrowy services, including but not limited to: subscription fees, WhatsApp Conversation Credits (WCCs), add-ons, and third-party integrations, are non-refundable due to the operational costs involved.

Technical Issues

In cases where users face persistent technical problems that hinder platform usage, and such issues are confirmed by our support team, SaleGrowy may issue a full or partial refund at its sole discretion.

Unauthorized Charges

If a user identifies any unauthorized or fraudulent charges, they should contact SaleGrowy support immediately. Upon verification, such charges will be fully refunded.

Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel their subscription at any time. However, cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no refunds will be issued for the remaining period unless a special exception is granted after a thorough review.
